StorePulse AI ("the Service") is operated by Shedrack Ishaku ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into a contract with Shedrack Ishaku and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StorePulse AI provides AI-powered audits of e-commerce and business websites. Each paid analysis costs $3 and is delivered as a digital report with scores, findings, and recommendations. Audit results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.
You must not misuse the Service. This includes:
Audit reports are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy before acting on them, and for ensuring you have the right to submit the websites you analyze. Reports are not professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. We may refuse, filter, or restrict outputs and suspend accounts that abuse the AI features.
We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and your purchased reports for your own business purposes.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Each analysis is a one-time purchase of $3; credits do not expire and there is no subscription.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
